STUDIO RENTALS
Fort Wayne Dance Collective supports artists in Fort Wayne by offering affordable studio space to create!
Anyone may rent studio space. Studios may also be used to host classes, celebrations, workshops, meetings, film videos, and more!
Studio Dimensions
Tyler Studio – 32’8″ x 35’1″
Elliot Studio – 35’2″ x 54’6″
A Certificate of Liability Insurance is recommended to a party who rents the studios. It should be for a combined single limit of liability for bodily injury and property damage in the amount of $1 million, listing Arts United as the additional insured. This certificate must be provided to Arts United 14 days prior to the rental.
Rates are as follows:

$25 per hour during staff office hours or for recurring rentals

$50 per hour outside of staff office hours
Marley dance floor rental is $35 per roll per day.
*Anyone who intends on renting our studios must fill out the two-page studio usage agreement or Marley floor rental agreement.
