Movement Mix introduces young dancers ages 5–8 to the fundamentals of multiple dance styles, including ballet, jazz, and modern/contemporary. Through engaging exercises, musical games, and age-appropriate choreography, students develop coordination, rhythm, and body awareness in a fun and supportive environment. This class builds a strong foundation for future dance training while encouraging creativity, confidence, and a lifelong love of movement. This class can be taken in addition to Saturday Movement Mix.
