CONTINUING BALLET

Continuing Ballet is designed for intermediate to advanced students with at least three years of prior ballet training who are ready to refine and expand their technique. Dancers will strengthen their foundation through challenging barre and center work while advancing their skills in turns, jumps, adagio, and more advanced combinations. Emphasis is placed on precision, turnout, musicality, and expressive artistry, while students further apply their knowledge to complex choreography. This class supports dancers in building stamina, flexibility, and performance quality, making it ideal for those dedicated to deepening their ballet practice.
