CONTEMPORARY COMBOS

Designed for intermediate and advanced dancers, this class challenges students to expand their strength, artistry, and technical precision through dynamic contemporary dance combinations. Each week, a different teaching artist brings their unique movement style and choreography, offering dancers the opportunity to explore diverse approaches to contemporary technique. The focus is on learning choreography and making it your own, encouraging dancers to infuse individuality and creativity into each phrase. Rooted in contemporary’s legacy of freedom and experimentation, students will discover new ways to connect movement with emotion while refining performance quality, versatility, and expression in a fast-paced, engaging environment. Accommodations can be made to support all participants, and the studio provides a welcoming space where dancers feel comfortable taking risks and growing as artists.
